In the conceptual design phase, we develop initial floor plans fit to your lifestyle and needs. We aim to maximize your space while being considerate of timeline and budget. This involves establishing an overall aesthetic direction and thinking through circulation of your space.

In design development, we share CAD drafting, color renderings and sourcing. We source beautiful, unique or antique pieces from local vendors and online that are cohesive with the client’s existing furniture. Showroom visits allow you to view and test furniture pieces in person. We help with any decision-making for interior and exterior finishes including: paint, flooring, wall paper and decorative lighting fixtures. We ensure that chosen refrigerators, freezers, stoves, etc. will fit within your custom cabinetry. We also provide art installation of your existing pieces or help with sourcing of new art!

Our expertise is in high-end millwork and custom cabinetry that gives functionality for daily needs, maximizes storage and elevates your home. We produce shop drawings so that your chosen details are captured and communicated to the cabinet maker. This can range from kitchen, vanity, and fireplace design to built-in benches, custom offices, and murphy beds. After the design is completed we create a construction document set.

From there, we purchase approved design elements, track items and are on-site for final inspection. We manage the overall design process from demolition to installation, coordinating with the construction team, ensuring the design work is perfectly implemented and that attention is given to every detail. Our clients’ goals and vision are always kept in mind! We manage each project to completion.

Finally, we style your home with selected goods and unpack personal belongings to give the final touch of a home that feels truly complete and move-in ready.
